Oil Painting
Studio Program
Wednesdays 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.
Thursdays 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.
Fridays 10:o0 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 to 4:00 p.m.
Saturdays 1:30 to 4:00 p.m.
Sundays 11:o0 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 to 4:30 p.m.
Driftless Art Kids
Wednesdays 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. (starting January 2026)
Thursdays 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Saturdays 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
and 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Prices
We encourage payment by check or cash because of the high fees associated with using credit cards and electronic payments. Driftless Art Academy offers a $5 discount off the below prices for payment by check or cash.

Oil Painting Studio Program $190 per month. First month only is prorated based on the number of classes remaining. This covers one, weekly, 2.5-hour class, brushes, canvasses, reference materials, and clean-up supplies.
Many oil painting students come once per week. Some attend more often. Students who wish to attend two or three classes per week pay two or three times the regular tuition. Students who attend more than that should talk with us about special pricing allowing attendance for all scheduled classes, or about becoming a full-time student at Driftless Art Academy.

Driftless Art Kids Program $120 per month. First month only is prorated based on the number of classes remaining. This covers one, weekly, 1-hour class and all supplies.

Policies
• Tuition for oil painting classes is $190 per month. Tuition for children’s art classes is $120 per month. There is a $5 per- transaction discount for payment by check or cash. Tuition is meant to cover four classes. If your regular class has a fifth week that month, that class is free for enrolled students.
• Tuition is pro-rated in the first month only, based on the number of classes remaining in that month (4 classes = full tuition, 3 classes = ¾ tuition, and so on). After the first month, tuition is
always the full month’s price.
• You are responsible for getting your 4 classes for the month. It is your job to keep track and arrange for makeup sessions if needed.
• Makeup classes are available for planned absences with 24 hours prior notice.
• Makeups do not need to occur in the same month.
• You may have up to 3 makeups in reserve.
• To come to a makeup class, please notify one of your teachers of when you plan to come and check whether space is available in the class you plan to attend.
• There are no makeups for absences without advance notice.
• Makeups may not be used to pay tuition. There is no reduction in tuition cost for planned or unplanned absences.
• You must be currently enrolled (paid for the month) to use makeups. If you drop your enrollment (skip a month or take longer away), any makeups you have not taken are lost.
• Driftless Art Academy will be closed between Christmas and New Year’s Day. You may use makeup classes for any missed classes during this time, as early as the month preceding.
